Bivio closed its business. Completely devastated as I used to order from them frequently.

Bivio is amazing!! Owners Nick and Christy are committed to making foods we Celiacs haven't been able to enjoy for years. Though they are best known for their bakery items they’re not limited to your typical assortment of cupcakes and cookies. Don't get me wrong they make a killer lemon cookie and the vanilla frosted chocolate donuts are as incredible as other reviews have stated. It's been years since this Celiac tasted foccacia bread or a French Silk pie and Bivio now makes that possible. Best part is you don't have to buy a huge pie because in addition to the 9" size they prepare miniature French Silk pies, chocolate, blueberry, and cherry cheesecakes, carrot cakes, etc that are just enough to feel sated without a guilty conscious because you ate the whole darn thing. Highly recommend the biscotti, pasta, pizza by the slice and a 9″ – 4 lb calzzone pie filled with italian sausage, salami, prosciutto, and ricotta cheese in a buttery, flaky, savory pie crust that got devoured in minutes by my non-Celiac relatives over the holiday. The calzzone is made to order but best to order ahead on anything you’d really like available because once out of the oven the shelves empty quickly. (sorry if I butchered the Italian spelling)

I'm in love. We visit Bivio almost every Sunday for their delicious doughnuts. I have celiac and my hubby doesn't, however he even loves them too! I have not tried anything that I don't like. Flavor, texture, and variety are back for us gluten free people!

We have ordered many special items during the holidays and none have disappointed! The stuffing is better than anything, so we will be ordering it for our whole family for thanksgiving next year. If you need anything that isn't on the menu they will make it for you. I'm so excited to have a good tasting place that I can get food at!

The owners are fabulous, so welcoming and engaging I wish they would open another store closer to me! I can't say enough, go and you won't be disappointed!

Unique options baked fresh! The food is great. The people who work there went out if their way to meet my needs. You have to order to get exactly what you want, otherwise there is a random selection on the weekends.

Many different and unique choices compared to other gluten free bakeries in the area. Gnocchi, Focaccia bread, italian bread, donuts, bagels, muffins, quick breads, and more.
