I really love BJ’s as an easy place to eat out. They’re super knowledgeable about gf things and while I didn’t ask about specific practices, as soon as I said I had celiac’s, the server reassured me. And honestly the food tastes great. I had a burger and the gluten-free pizookie and it was delicious! My ice cream was even served from a brand new package to be extra safe. Didn’t get sick, would definitely come back.

Ask for Hector the kitchen manager!! He is so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to even take pictures of the process so that there was no discrepancy in communication and cross contact!! Genuinely the best experience and chef I’ve had at a BJs!
I always get gf pizza and a gf pizookie here. I have never had an issue here or at any other bjs. All of their pizza toppings are gf except for the sausage. I love the chicken bacon ranch pizza! Their gf chocolate chip pizookie is to die for!

The staff were great and helpful about what was or wasn't safe. Ordered the a kale and brussel sprout salad and a delicious anchovy pizza. Super tasty!

I have Celiac and usually BJ's is a great go to place while traveling but this BJ's lacked in their food quality standards. I get the GF Spicy Pig Pizza with no cheese but had to send it back due to no pizza sauce or bacon and disproportioned ham. Luckily I didn't get sick. Disappointing!
Got the gluten free pizza. I am very sensitive and did not get sick. The waitress told us they have dedicated equipment to make the pizzas. Very friendly and knowledgable staff.
Both my daughter and I were very sick at the three hour mark after eating the BBQ chicken salad off the gluten free menu. Spoke beforehand to server and manager about gluten "allergy" and high sensitivity. Didn't matter. Two of us still got really sick.

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but…My daughter has celiacs so eating out is a struggle, especially on the road. We picked BJ's bc they have gf buns. But they went above and beyond for my daughter. Our server Deja HANDCUT her French fries and then oven cooked them so there was no cross contamination with the fryers and had their manager cook her onions and mushrooms bc the kitchen was busy and she wanted to make sure it was right. I couldn't have asked for a better server or food for her!

I love their burgers/sandwiches. The server did warn me that the fries are cooked in a shared fryer, but it didn’t make me sick. So I guess they must change their oil out frequently or something.

Gluten Sensitive Option items marked on menu (appetizers, salads, entrees). Gluten free buns available for burgers. Gluten free pizza option. I had a Strawberry fields chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It was average good.
The service was horrible, we felt like we were at an invisible table. The large group that arrived well after we ordered received their food before ours. And our 3 orders came out piece meal from the kitchen. We had to ask multiple times for items we ordered, for refills and for our change once we paid the bill.

Well I went back and got glutened again!! Never going back there.
I’ve gotten pizzas here and had pretty good luck with them, but last time I got a Caesar salad with chicken, told them I was celiac, and was puking within an hour.
