I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but…My daughter has celiacs so eating out is a struggle, especially on the road. We picked BJ's bc they have gf buns. But they went above and beyond for my daughter. Our server Deja HANDCUT her French fries and then oven cooked them so there was no cross contamination with the fryers and had their manager cook her onions and mushrooms bc the kitchen was busy and she wanted to make sure it was right. I couldn't have asked for a better server or food for her!

Had a burger on a gf bun and was fine! The fries are NOT gluten free, but they’ll let you substitute it for something else.

Considering how sick i got immediatkey after eating here id say avoid this place at all costs. The server was clueless in general. Spoke to the manager and was told the meal was gluten free and they used separate containers from the fridge instead of the currently in use on the line. So sick. I'm on vacation and day 1 I'm so sick. This is the only place I've eaten outside of my home since the start of the trip. I'd like to be able to give a negative star!!!

Great food! Many many gluten free options. The gluten free bun was very tasty and the gluten free pizzookie was the best gluten free thing I have had in years. My kids raced me for bites! Highly recommend!

Good chain overall. GF items are marked on the menu. They generally also have an allergen list at the desk. This place is one of my safe standbys while traveling.

In general the chain is pretty consistent. You have to ask for their GF/Allergen list menu. If you are more Paleo a great option is the quinoa bowl BUT they have added rice to it recently BUT you can request quinoa only and they will oblige. Just emphasize no rice. Some servers are clueless now as to what gluten, dairy and grains are. So be explicit. I wonder if they are no longer training per the requirements of the Gluten Intolerance Group.

pizzookie is what brings me there! I usually order to-go because it takes FOREVER to get through a meal in that restaurant. make sure they actually give you a gluten free pizzookie (I've accidentally been given a regular one before)
I ordered the gluten-free pizza to-go. The pizza is thin crust and comes with sauce and cheese. Each additional topping is $1.00 extra or $2.00 extra for grilled chicken. I only added grilled chicken and green peppers, because I thought the toppings were overpriced. Overall, I enjoyed the pizza. I always eat very healthy, so this pizza was good to me.

Staff was helpful, no printed GF menu available. The GF pizzas was good but not your traditional expectation of pizza. And the GF chocolatechip pazookie dessert was DElICIOUS but SUPER rich. I would go back.
Upon returning to Baton Rouge after living in Knoxville for 7 years, I was excited to find a brewhouse with a gluten free menu. After arriving, I was dissapointed that the beer was Redbridge in a bottle...they didn't even offer me a glass with it. The waiter knew absolutely nothing about the gluten free menu options and I had to ask twice for a menu. We waited 30 minutes to get our drinks there and my beer wasn't cold. The gluten free pizza was good, but pricey because I had to pay for each topping separately. After dinner, the waiter brought us our check without asking if we wanted dessert, and we had to wait 15 minutes to find him again and tell him. The pizzookie was RAW and disgusting. I couldn't even eat it. They didn't offer any apologies. He brought us the check again and walked away so we never got the coffee that we wanted. We questioned the waiter about this and all he could say was that it was company policy to bring the check out early to keep the people moving. All in all, we were there for 2 1/2 hours with all the waiting-boy that's really keeping them moving! I NEVER write reviews-EVER but this place was the worst. I will never return there again.
Dessert was awesome! Balsamic chicken without the onion strings - chicken was a tad dry but otherwise yummy. Staff very knowledgeable.
Great the pazooki is awesome
Staff was knowledgeable and we were in there on a slow night. Pizza wasn't the best but the pizzookie was great!!
We ordered in and specified in the app that it was incredibly important to use safe surfaces and separate gluten and non gluten foods in different boxes, due to celiac. We also called ahead to double check. They assured us that they always did that. We ordered three mini pizookies, one gluten free. When it arrived the pizookies were all in the same bag, with the gluten free one sandwiched between the regular ones. We were really upset by this, so the manager comped our food and said the kitchen would be undergoing additional training. I wouldn’t go here again and I worry for anyone with celiac who does.

GF options were good and the food was good. Unfortunately I got glutened and was very sick after eating there. I think it was the salad dressing. When I asked which dressings were GF the server didn’t know. She went and asked and said they all were. Being that this is a rare occurrence, I should have avoided having any of the dressings, but I made a bad call and had a side salad anyway. Unsure if I would try to eat there again or not.

They had a separate menu for gluten allergy customers and was happy to see a variety of options although, they do not have an independent fryer. Food was delicious and enjoyed every bite.

They offer a GF menu. They have pizza and GF buns. No separate fryer. But a GF chocolate chip cookie with ice cream.
I had the lunch special. GF cheese burger with baked potato and the special comes with the GF cookie and ice cream.
All was very good.

I requested and was given a gluten-free menu with several choices. I had the gluten-free thin crust pizza. Very yummy! Food was served quick even though they were packed.
