Excellent experience with plenty of GF options. I had the pepperoni pizza and it was one of the better GF pizzas I have had

Not Celiac safe. Online menu advertises 44 GF items, menu in restaurant has 3 items marked as GF (Brussels sprouts and 2 other small items). Neither server or manager could explain why this was. Both were unsure of what gluten was and how to prevent cross-contamination. No dedicated fryer, prep or cooking space. So many red flags. Found this disclaimer on their website: BJ's is not a gluten-free environment and Gluten-Sensitive menu items may contain wheat and/or gluten due to cross-contact. BJ's food suppliers may also change ingredients without notice to BJ's. Thus, BJ's cannot guarantee that our Gluten-Sensitive menu items contain less than 20 parts per million of gluten (FDA standards) or are completely gluten-free.

My son absolutely LOVES BJ’s. He loves the pizza and the Pazooki. We go almost every time we are in Winston. ❤

Knowledgeable staff and awesome food! I’ve ordered a pizza 2x from here and it is the best GF crust/pizza I’ve had - tastes just like the real thing! They also have a very extensive menu. Ask for Shawn Or Jasmine, they went above and beyond to make sure that every item was truly GF. The GF Pizookie is made on separate pans than the regular ones and they’re very tasty too! We will be going back.

I really love BJ’s as an easy place to eat out. They’re super knowledgeable about gf things and while I didn’t ask about specific practices, as soon as I said I had celiac’s, the server reassured me. And honestly the food tastes great. I had a burger and the gluten-free pizookie and it was delicious! My ice cream was even served from a brand new package to be extra safe. Didn’t get sick, would definitely come back.

Gluten Sensitive Option items marked on menu (appetizers, salads, entrees). Gluten free buns available for burgers. Gluten free pizza option. I had a Strawberry fields chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It was average good.
The service was horrible, we felt like we were at an invisible table. The large group that arrived well after we ordered received their food before ours. And our 3 orders came out piece meal from the kitchen. We had to ask multiple times for items we ordered, for refills and for our change once we paid the bill.

Well I went back and got glutened again!! Never going back there.
I’ve gotten pizzas here and had pretty good luck with them, but last time I got a Caesar salad with chicken, told them I was celiac, and was puking within an hour.
