General Manager, Casey, was very helpful and knowledgable. Said he actually went to school to be a dietician so he understands Celiac and autoimmune diseases. I had a list of foods a mile long that I can't eat and he helped me navigate the menu. Ended up with the petite sirloin, zucchini and broccoli. By far the best meal I've had in Branson! Would highly recommend!
