Blacow Burger

Unfortunately, Blacow has messed up my order more times than not. I have asked for and been assured my order was gluten-free, only to find it wasn’t. One time it had a gluten bun, another time it had the onion straws and this last time it had gravy. They cannot be trusted to manage gluten-free food properly.

The last time I returned the burger because of a gluten topping, they didn’t apologize, they said “I” need to make sure to inform “them” of what toppings should not be included, because sometimes they are too busy to remember on their own. Needless to say, I was a bit disturbed by that response.

This restaurant has a separate fryer for fries and has gf buns that actually taste good. The staff is knowledgeable about allergies and is happy to accommodate various needs.

Great GF options; staff was knowledgeable about what items were gluten-containing. Gf bun was a really nice one (not the typical Udi’s quality). Also some good salad options, and killer roasted balsamic Brussels sprouts, for those not in the mood for a burger and fries!

Wonderful and accommodating. Gluten free buns and a dedicated fryer for the fries. All burgers are ground in house and everybody on staff is educated about gluten free and cross contamination.
