went in on pie day, line was out the door, but still waited. i had never had it before, and they still had the gf option available. they put it on a seperate tray, (keep in mind its busy as ever) and use a different ladle for the sauce. they keep the tray on in the oven, and use a seperate pizza cutter for it. service was great. i recommend.

The workers were so nice! They have gluten free dough stored in a different container. I watch them change their gloves and roll out my dough on a separate machine. They had a special red pan to cook it in so there was no cross contamination in the over. Overall very pleased from my experience! And food was so yummy!!

There’s tons of cross contamination here. And they totally messed up my daughters gf pizza the last time we were there. They evidently gave her a gluten crust and we’re still dealing with the consequences several weeks later unfortunately. I don’t recommend them at all for safety when it comes to gf eating for celiac disease. We won’t be returning.

Got gluten free pizza and they use a different ladle if you tell them that you are gluten free because of an allergy. Dad is dairy free can also eat here!

They spread the sauce on the gluten pizza then used the same ladle to spread it on the GF pizza. Cross- contamination here is high.
They changed their gloves, they have a separate press for the dough, and bake it on a mat. Tasted really good! only got sick 1 out of 3 times.
Love this place. First experienced blaze in Orlando at Disney and it was bitter sweet as I thought I’d never get it again because I don’t live there. I found it here on a weekend trip to the city from out of state, and I’m so happy, we stop here ever time we come to the area. Delicious gluten free crust, fresh toppings, great prices!
Great GF crust! It is made in the same area as the non-GF pizza but my daughter didn’t have a problem. We will be back!

My favorite GF pizza! I love all the toppings, and options. Plus the staff is super friendly! I always stop when I am in Farmington.

Great Pizza with Gluten Free Crust.
I have been to Blaze restaurants that use precautions in preparing GF pizzas. This isn’t one of them. We ordered 2 GF pizzas for my daughter and I, and the fellow (not his fault, obviously had no training) took two of the cooking discs out of a pile of flour from the regular station. He put our GF dough on top of the flour covered discs. We apologized for the inconvenience and left. Blaze is in general a terribly run franchise system. Very disappointing.

They have great gluten free crust. It’s especially good if you ask for it well done as it helps get it more crispy. They are pretty good at changing gloves and asking if it is an allergy.

This location had been good in the past and made sure to take precautions including getting fresh toppings but not so great the past year. I’ve tried multiple times to go back and every time over the past year, I have walked out without ordering as they make me extremely uncomfortable. Every time I go they have a change in staff. When I ask about celiac friendly, they advise they change their gloves, have a gf dough, and have a separate “allergy” sauce, but they WILL NOT use separate toppings. So therefore you will be glutened. When I’ve inquired but getting fresh toppings they have advised they can’t do that. If you try this place be TAKE CAUTION.
They offer a Gluten free option but sadly there's a high risk of cross contamination. There are very few employees that care enough to acknowledge your celiac concerns and use ingredients separate from the front counter. I've been to this location twice and the 2nd time was the awful experience that made me stop going.

Excellent pizza! I had the regular GF crust and it was quite tasty. I also have to give them credit for switching out the crust twice when they pulled them out and they had small rips in the bottom. They said it was already fragile, so they wanted a good one. Excellent customer service!
