My family and I have been here many times since me and my brother were diagnosed and each time they have been very knowledgeable about celiac. I've never had any problems and this is definitely one of the best experiences I've had since being diagnosed.

I always have a great experience here. They ask if you are gluten free for allergy or preference. If you say allergy they change gloves and have 1 worker dedicated to your pizza. They use separate utensils and a separate prep are. I have celiac disease and am very sensitive and I have never had a problem!

Definitely NOT celiac safe. Great option if you choose gf for lifestyle reason but really unsafe for celiac. They think they understand the disease and gf and they make some accommodations like hanging their gloves but there are common prep areas, the food toppings are touched by multiple gloved hands so all of the bins end up contaminated and the final prep area is messy. If you are celiac and sensitive there is too big of a chance of cross contamination.

I got sick after going here. I have Celiacs. They change gloves and switch out the pans, but all the toppings are inevitably cross-contaminated since they don’t use spoons or tongs. It is not safe for Celiacs.

Everything was going well until the very end. My pizza was cut with the same pizza cutter as the regular pizzas and the guy at the end didn’t change his gloves. The pizza looks great and I’m sure it’s delicious (I didn’t eat it) just not safe for a celiac! I didn’t have high expectations when I went in. Just thought I’d give it a try

I ordered the White Top pizza on their GF dough. The person taking my order asked if I needed a glove change. I said no because I don't have celiacs, but appreciate that they knew to ask that. He still changed his gloves. The pizza was completely customizable and reasonably priced. They seem to have a dedicated pizza cutter also for the GF pizza.

I specifically requested Gluten free, the girl who turns out was the shift leader even asked if it was "a preference" to which I replied it was not and it would cause severe illness. The girl then took the gluten crust off the paper and then walked away. She told someone else about it and then another person came over put in gloves and proceeded to rub her hands all around in the flour that was on the preparation area. I then told them to forget about it because they were too dirty and were contaminating my food. I stood there for 10 minutes trying to pay for my sons regular pizza and a couple drinks, but the employees kept ignoring me.

To and insult to injury, the immature young ladies where helping my brother in law, laughed at his hiring impairment! I told the cashier and she blew the complain off. So if your looking for a disappointing meal experience and for staff to laugh at your disability, this is the place for you.

I like their pizza, and have actually never gotten sick from it, but I recommend watching them carefully and making sure they change there gloves so that there is no contamination. Twice I have had to have my pizza remade because my original pizza had been placed below a gluten pizza, or slid of the gf sheet when it was put on the cooling/cutting rack, so I just advise people to be careful.Even though I have had a few instances here I continue to come back because I really do like the pizza

Do NOT eat there if you are a celiac!! They have a sign there stating their dough does have potential to cross contaminate but we still gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered. They still use same surface, same utensils, etc.. They stack the pizzas before putting in oven which is taken out by the same utensil. They are laid on the same surface to be cut. The workers were REALLY rude when I told them nicely that the pizza was really not gluten free any longer. I had already paid and was taking it but they needed to change their process. Honestly it’s a bunch of young kids working there and they could honestly careless if you have an allergy. They truly thought I was an inconvenience. I had to ask them to remove my daughters pizza out of under a persons pizza that was not gluten free.

If you go when they are not busy, you can ask them to do a complete change out. They will get a Gluten Free crust for you, change gloves, get all your toppings and sauce from brand new containers in the back and use new tools. They put the pizza on a special pan for the oven, and even switch to new gloves and new pizza cutters at the end. It’s obviously annoying, so we only do this if there is no one really there. Not nice for them when they are busy.

They used separate sauce, but could not claim no cross contamination with toppings. They used separate utensils and kept a sheet underneath the pizza while it was cooking. I did not give 5 stars only because they couldn't guarantee cross contamination with toppings. I'll go here again.

As someone with celiac disease, it is REALLY hard to find good gluten free pizza AND a place where I won’t get glutened from cross contamination. This place had it all. The pizza crust was thin and cooked to perfection. The toppings were all fresh. The ingredient options were plentiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you have celiac disease or not. The pizza really was delicious and it was made quickly, so I didn’t have to wait long. And the restaurant was clean. It’s also in a nice retail strip type location so there’s plenty of open parking in the front. Lastly, the contamination details. Gloves are changed. Pizza is placed on a special mat. It stays on the mat in the brick oven. And it’s cut with pizza cutters that are only for gluten free pizzas. I’m HIGHLY allergic, so not being glutened was AMAZING! :)

I told the first staff member in line about my Celiacs and they marked my paper as gf and glove change. When the next person in line received my paper, he put a regular crust on it and didn’t change his gloves. I had to ask them to start fresh with a new liner because of the contamination. The manager took over and got me fresh toppings, but had I not questioned and double checked, I would’ve been eating a gluten pizza. The staff, other than the manager, was completely uneducated about gluten free protocols. The oven man also put my pizza on the wrong liner, but luckily the wrong liner was gluten free too.

We went there once. I’m giving it 2 stars because they are close to being safe, but they’re not. When we went they had just opened, so maybe they’ve changed. It seemed like hey kept everything safe from cross contamination EXCEPT the ladle they use to put the sauce on the pizza and the pizza sauce was not dedicated. So they were taking a ladle- using it to spread sauce all over a regular pizza and then dipping it back in the big sauce bucket completely contaminating it. We saw that but my wife still decided to try it since the staff was insisting they were safe with gluten free pizzas. Well my wife got super sick and we never went back.

If you order the gluten free crust, they put it on a plate so it doesn’t touch the other pizzas in the oven. You have to ask for the gf red sauce so they’ll use a separate ladle and you won’t get cross-contamination. You can get any toppings you want, and the crust tastes very similar to the regular crust. It’s a good option, but since they don’t have a dedicated kitchen there’s a chance for cross-contamination.

REVISED REVIEW: Blaze has totally changed their approach to GF. They make GF crust from- separate from the regular. They have a dedicated press, and dedicated GF sauce, and cutters. I recommend visiting when they are not super busy- they will take the time to go slowly and be careful of x-contam. It's not perfect- there is flour present, but for a non-dedicated facility, they do a very good job. Food is fresh and good/very good (very good for a chain).
