1st time ate there, it was so good. No reaction. 2nd time it was burnt. They messed up our order. I sent message to corporate ( they wasn’t answering their phone) they sent my free pizza coupon. Tried them again think it was a new employee that messed up order. Nope-bad. Went in to get it, they wasn’t using parchment paper or foil in the oven for gf. ( I seen them take it out of oven) they were told up front it was allergy, it’s really celiac but they seem to understand allergy better. We won’t go back. It was a mess. No way they can keep you safe with that type of mess.

My first time at Blaze Pizza and it was delicious. Blew the similar Piology out of the water. The staff is used to working fast, so I requested that one person take care of me from start to finish since I have Celiac. She prepared me a delicious cauliflower crust pizza that had a pan below it to prevent cross contamination in the oven. She also used separate sauce and cheese. I added pepperoni, sausage, peppers and olives -- the meats in particular tasted great. Thanks!

Never had a problem. I’m Celiac.
Yes
Friendly staff, but the pizza was so greasy ! Dripping off the pizza. The crust tasted good but soggy. Would not recommend .
My family and I have been here many times since me and my brother were diagnosed and each time they have been very knowledgeable about celiac. I've never had any problems and this is definitely one of the best experiences I've had since being diagnosed.
Yes
gf crust flattens on separate press put gf pizzas on a pan in oven not on the bricks. I have eaten here a few times and I am a celiac no problems
Not celiac friendly but they really try with changing their gloves and have a different bin for Gluten free sauce. Good pizza! Love the amount of choices.
No
Love their gluten free pizza!
I always have a great experience here. They ask if you are gluten free for allergy or preference. If you say allergy they change gloves and have 1 worker dedicated to your pizza. They use separate utensils and a separate prep are. I have celiac disease and am very sensitive and I have never had a problem!
Yes
Definitely NOT celiac safe. Great option if you choose gf for lifestyle reason but really unsafe for celiac. They think they understand the disease and gf and they make some accommodations like hanging their gloves but there are common prep areas, the food toppings are touched by multiple gloved hands so all of the bins end up contaminated and the final prep area is messy. If you are celiac and sensitive there is too big of a chance of cross contamination.
No
They prepared my pizza away from any gluten products and tasted amazing!! Very knowledgeable about Celiacs and respectful of my special needs.

Ate here recently and it was great! There are three kinds of GF crusts: GF, Keto, and Cauliflower. Rating 3 stars because it is a small kitchen and there’s definitely risk of some cross contact. I’d say eat here at your own risk. With that said, when I said I had a “gluten allergy” they immediately told me they could change gloves and use a clean pizza cutter. I felt comfortable enough that I would eat here again on occasion.

Great tasting gluten free pizza but not celiac friendly. As others have said, they can do a complete change out if not busy, but I've never had that opportunity. On a normal day, they will change gloves but the toppings have had gluten covered gloves dipped in them all day. No separate pans either and same pizza cutter.

UPDATE 3/10/2023: Location no longer has GF crust.
Good cauliflower crust. With coaching, the staff took good precautions, but there's a small risk of contamination. I had the cauliflower simple pie and did not get sick.

Very friendly and willing to switch gloves when preparing a pizza with gluten-free crust. That being said I got a pretty severe glutening and suspect it was due to shared ingredient bins. Tasty food, but not safe for celiacs.
