I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

I had a GF Vegan pizza at the David, FL location. It was amazing!

Me and my husband tried two gf pizzas. The line was careful to change their gloves upon seeing the orange sticker that was placed for our gf crust. Delicious and no issue with cc.

they’ve gotten so much worse with being safe. walked out crying without my pizza but paid because they messed up and contaminated it 3 times and i gave up. just a bunch of teenagers who don’t listen and don’t care. it’s not worth the risk anymore. only pro is you can watch them make every mistake

Had the GF cauliflower crust. Horrible experience. Didn’t change gloves even after requested then when asked again after starting pizza he rolled his eyes and shook his head. I went a head and still tried the pizza and was horribly sick within 30 minutes. Definitely not celiac safe.

Although they do have gluten free pizza and I did not get sick from it, it was possibly the worst pizza that I’ve ever had. The crust was soggy and greasy and the toppings were cold and missing on some parts of the pizza. Save time and money and just get a GF frozen pizza from the grocery store....it will be better quality.

Soggy crust. My family did not enjoy the taste of the pizzas. Pizza did come hot and in a timely manner.

The only pizza I consider worth eating in the area! I think the secret to good GF pizza is fresh dough and a pizza oven- which Blaze uses. They’re also great about changing gloves, making sure your GF dough is on a clean surface, and using separate sauce (though I did have to ask for this once- no big deal). Super sensitive to CC and so far I’ve never been sick. So good!
This place is fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Will change gloves out to make your pizza. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. LOVE this place!!!!!

Very good GF pizza.....the employees didn't pay much attention to what was going on and they were throwing food at each other, I'm shocked I didn't get sick....but somehow, by the grace of something ....I didn't. They were very friendly, just goofy.
I agree with the other review, this may be my fav GF pizza in Jax! The ingredient choices are amazing, love the pesto sauce. The crust is crispy not floppy and greasy and they never skimp on my ingredients. The pizzas are done quickly every time we order and the online ordering is great!

This may be the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever eaten! The staff is very knowledgeable and took every precaution with our food. They changed gloves and used separate utensils. The pizza is cooked so it shouldn’t touch any other items. The pizza crust is fantastic and all the ingredients are fresh. The drink options are also great with pure cane sugar sodas and fresh juices. Great place!!
Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!

Use the same press for regular and GF dough. Not celiac safe at all

I have been to Blaze restaurants that use precautions in preparing GF pizzas. This isn’t one of them. We ordered 2 GF pizzas for my daughter and I, and the fellow (not his fault, obviously had no training) took two of the cooking discs out of a pile of flour from the regular station. He put our GF dough on top of the flour covered discs. We apologized for the inconvenience and left. Blaze is in general a terribly run franchise system. Very disappointing.
