Review of Blaze Pizza

I went there a couple months ago. I had to talk quite a bit to them to get the "double" allergy prep approach (not using the additional items from the bins, but getting containers from below for pepperoni, etc), and still a little of the edge of the crust touched things it shouldn't have. I would have liked it if they wiped all the counters beforehand, and THEN gotten the containers from below for my additions. ...at least they had clean gloves... Nonetheless I avoid both gluten and dairy, I tolerated the pizza very well. I bet if you went first thing when they opened, and got the pizza a bit undercooked to warm up that evening, it would be much more GF.
