Went there today after a hockey game at UConn. All pizza are single serve and made and cooked per order. They offer gluten free crust, and it was very good - very thin. I noticed that the staff took special care when making and handling my pizza: gloves, special side of oven and special cutter. I was happy that I didn’t have to settle for a salad. I would definitely go back here.
They cook gluten free pizzas on little mats instead of putting the pizzas directly in the oven (which is how they cook gluten pizzas). The food is good. They always ask if I need them to change their gloves before making my food, and they’ll use a separate pizza slicer to slice the pizza. They also prepare and cook the pizza right in front of you, so you can keep an eye on it.
