I would not eat at this location if you have celiac. They DID NOT use a dedicated dough press. They did get a dry paper towel and brush off all the flour that was on the dough press but when I asked if that was all they do to clean it, they said it was the best they could do.
They were good about washing their hands, getting new gloves. They told me they use clean utensils and keep everything separate. However, as soon as they started using the same dough press I was out and not risking it. I’m so happy I didn’t call in my order and I went in to watch them make it. Be careful if considering eating here!

Two recent visits in past month. First time the dedicated prep area was used and all precautions taken. The second visit, the employee said she had Celiac herself so I was excited (I knew I would get a cc free pizza). I watched in amazement to see that she started using the general prep area and then I asked for clean utensils and the separate allergy prep area that was used the last time. I felt like I was a burden. None the less, I have to protect my kid who has Celiac. I watched it prepped and had to intervene twice for safe practices. First visit 5 stars, second visit 3
Dedicated GF dough press with utensils and sauce! So far it’s best GF pizza we could find! Thin and taste amazing! They’re all trained for GF and take all precautions.

Great Pizza, caring and knowledgeable staff.
I have eaten here several times. They do have Gluten free dough and actually ask you if you want gluten free "just because" or due to an allergy. If an allergy , they will change gloves, and use all separate tools for handling, cutting and even put it in a separate part of the oven - with something under it so it doesn't even touch the oven... but is still made and cooked in under 5 minutes.
They also offer a gluten free sauce, even vegen cheese and several toppings that are gluten free and even dairy free. They also offer a nutrition list on their web site so you can see for yourself. They do offer desserts, but I am not sure if they are gluten free, but know they are not dairy free so I didn't ask any further. I know there are some things that are not gluten free, but if you ask you will be fine and likely go back again.
They also seem to get new staff a lot but always make sure that a knowledgeable staff member is with someone new. I have eaten there several times and never had a problem. Tonight they actually by accident gave me the wrong pizza. There were two people with the same name, and both of us had ordered gluten free pizzas. When I got home and saw it was not my pizza, I went back. They gave me my original pizza and made a fresh new and hot one for me free. Of course they apologized several times. That is what customer service should be. On top of everything, the price is very reasonable although there is a $2 up charge for a, gluten free crust.

I have been to Blaze restaurants that use precautions in preparing GF pizzas. This isn’t one of them. We ordered 2 GF pizzas for my daughter and I, and the fellow (not his fault, obviously had no training) took two of the cooking discs out of a pile of flour from the regular station. He put our GF dough on top of the flour covered discs. We apologized for the inconvenience and left. Blaze is in general a terribly run franchise system. Very disappointing.

They have great gluten free crust. It’s especially good if you ask for it well done as it helps get it more crispy. They are pretty good at changing gloves and asking if it is an allergy.

This location had been good in the past and made sure to take precautions including getting fresh toppings but not so great the past year. I’ve tried multiple times to go back and every time over the past year, I have walked out without ordering as they make me extremely uncomfortable. Every time I go they have a change in staff. When I ask about celiac friendly, they advise they change their gloves, have a gf dough, and have a separate “allergy” sauce, but they WILL NOT use separate toppings. So therefore you will be glutened. When I’ve inquired but getting fresh toppings they have advised they can’t do that. If you try this place be TAKE CAUTION.
They offer a Gluten free option but sadly there's a high risk of cross contamination. There are very few employees that care enough to acknowledge your celiac concerns and use ingredients separate from the front counter. I've been to this location twice and the 2nd time was the awful experience that made me stop going.

Excellent pizza! I had the regular GF crust and it was quite tasty. I also have to give them credit for switching out the crust twice when they pulled them out and they had small rips in the bottom. They said it was already fragile, so they wanted a good one. Excellent customer service!
