Great tasting gluten free pizza but not celiac friendly. As others have said, they can do a complete change out if not busy, but I've never had that opportunity. On a normal day, they will change gloves but the toppings have had gluten covered gloves dipped in them all day. No separate pans either and same pizza cutter.

I would probably not opt for this restaurant if you are a celiac. I think that the employees do the best that they know how, but there is still some criss contamination going on. The crust was bought from the back, the staff worker did change his gloves after asking if I needed them to. The sauce came from a separate container that was covered on the bar (looks like only the red sauce was available that way), but they did just get the other toppings from the same containers that their gluten touching gloves dipped into all day. The pizza was cooked on a sheet in the oven, but it is in close proximity to the other pizzas. A big goof, the gentleman cooking the pizzas used the same pizza peel to take my pizza off of the tray as he used on the gluten filled pizzas. A separate cutter was used. Bottom line, this is a gluten filled pizza place that did their best, but I don't think that they are knowledgeable enough there to not contaminate your pizza with gluten. If you are gluten sensitive and don't mind the risk, they have a great tasting pizza.

If you go when they are not busy, you can ask them to do a complete change out. They will get a Gluten Free crust for you, change gloves, get all your toppings and sauce from brand new containers in the back and use new tools. They put the pizza on a special pan for the oven, and even switch to new gloves and new pizza cutters at the end. It’s obviously annoying, so we only do this if there is no one really there. Not nice for them when they are busy.

They use the same sauce/spoon for the gluten free pizza as they do For the wheat crust. When my husband and i went they put his sauce on his pizza spread it around with the spoon on the crust. Then did the same thing to mine with while using the same sauce and spoon. I asked for a gluten free crust and then ended up getting grabbing a crust from from the same area where my husbands crust was. I asked about it being gluten free and she had to go back to another area to grab the gluten free crust. The gluten free crust is no sealed and really separate from the flour crusts. They are in the same open area. Also the pizzas go in the same fire brick oven and your pizza is right next to a flour pizza. They also do not change pizza cutters (at least when I was there they didn't) and cut the gluten free pizza with the same cutter and the flour pizza. None of them did glove changes

Not celiac friendly. I've gone there a couple times and have had to have them remake it each time as I watched them not changed gloves and cut it with a glutened pizza cutter.

Sadly had a terrible experience at this blaze pizza. They attempted to make me a gluten free pizza 3 times and each time cross contaminating the pizza in front of me. Using the wrong sauce, cutting the pizza with the wrong utensils, having another pizza land on top of my pizza. After the 3rd time I gave up and just asked for a refund. I have previously had good experiences at other Blazes but have not had the urge to trust trying them again. Please please watch your pizza at all times to make sure mistakes are not made.

Best g free pizza in town! Only one person makes your pizza. They change their gloves immediately. The person manning the oven knows to keep your pizza away from the regular pizzas. I'm Celiac and had issues!

Every effort was made to keep me gluten free. Protective cover on my GF crust when the dough was pressed. Manager actually assembled my pizza. All toppings are GF, except the meatballs. Person who did the cutting changed his gloves and got a fresh clean pizza cutter for my pizza. Tasted great. I will go back.

I have been to Blaze restaurants that use precautions in preparing GF pizzas. This isn’t one of them. We ordered 2 GF pizzas for my daughter and I, and the fellow (not his fault, obviously had no training) took two of the cooking discs out of a pile of flour from the regular station. He put our GF dough on top of the flour covered discs. We apologized for the inconvenience and left. Blaze is in general a terribly run franchise system. Very disappointing.

They have great gluten free crust. It’s especially good if you ask for it well done as it helps get it more crispy. They are pretty good at changing gloves and asking if it is an allergy.

This location had been good in the past and made sure to take precautions including getting fresh toppings but not so great the past year. I’ve tried multiple times to go back and every time over the past year, I have walked out without ordering as they make me extremely uncomfortable. Every time I go they have a change in staff. When I ask about celiac friendly, they advise they change their gloves, have a gf dough, and have a separate “allergy” sauce, but they WILL NOT use separate toppings. So therefore you will be glutened. When I’ve inquired but getting fresh toppings they have advised they can’t do that. If you try this place be TAKE CAUTION.

They offer a Gluten free option but sadly there's a high risk of cross contamination. There are very few employees that care enough to acknowledge your celiac concerns and use ingredients separate from the front counter. I've been to this location twice and the 2nd time was the awful experience that made me stop going.

Excellent pizza! I had the regular GF crust and it was quite tasty. I also have to give them credit for switching out the crust twice when they pulled them out and they had small rips in the bottom. They said it was already fragile, so they wanted a good one. Excellent customer service!
