Review of Blaze Pizza

I've been there twice, first time was amazing, they kept everything separate, asked if I needed gloves changed, all the standard stuff when you've got a celiac in your building. My second time today was a little more lax, and me, being naive and with my guard down, didn't pay as much attention, but the warning signs were all there that I should have been more careful. There was a new guy who really wasn't paying attention, kept trying to do stuff with my pizza and not respecting the GF crust. Well I still ate it, felt pretty foggy shortly after starting and knew something was off. I took the rest home and tested it in my Nima Gluten tester and it turned up positive for gluten. I'm really disappointed because they are great tasty pizza, but 50/50 chance of getting gluten is not a good time. It's a great place, you just gotta watch them like a hawk and remember there is flour flying all over the place. I'd call it gluten sensitive safe, not celiac safe.
