Review of Blaze Pizza

Long wait at lunch. Otherwise pizza crust was thin and crispy. Yummy. They make an effort to reduce contamination by changing gloves, cooking the pizza on it's own sheet, using separate tomato sauce, and using separate pizza cutters.
