Review of Blaze Pizza

I was kind of worried that the pizza would be seriously cross-contaminated, but if you tell them “gluten allergy” they will change their gloves, use a different sauce, and cook it safely away from Gluten. They are very nice and the GF crust is the best that I’ve ever tasted. They try very hard to meet other allergies (milk free cheese).

Blaze Pizza is like Chipotle in how they make the pizza, you can follow your pizza thru all of the steps and choose exactly what and how much of each topping that you want on your pizza.
