They can't guarantee there's no cross contamination so if you are very sensitive it might not be the best place to go but they do take precautions to avoid as much cross contamination as possible, glove change, separate cutter, and they put the dough on an extra thing so it doesn't touch the wood slider or the areas that the other pizzas touch.
