I quizzed the guy at the counter before I ordered. He assured me they knew how to handle gluten free orders, yet in the end they still didn't seem to understand how to handle the food (and seemed a little amazed that I would really care how my food was handled).

They toast the bread on the same surface as everything else, don't change gloves, and were quite honest about the amount of bread dust in everything. The guy suggested it's probably not a good place to eat if you are gluten sensitive.

At least they were nice enough to give me my money back...

Love this place but really wish they were open on the weekends!!! (Or at least later in the day) I would go more often of they were.

Do not miss this. Eat here or to go. Only open weekdays and during lunch. This is own by an amazing couple who have created something very very special. We are visiting from out of town and this is completely GF savy. As an owner of a successful restaurant I feel this is a place to come to and enjoy!

Absolutely fantastic! We found this place on accident and will spend the next few days of meals while visiting Boise here. Gluten free or not you must try this place. hand made soda with herbs and citrus infused with champagne. Best mimosa in my life! IF YOU HAVEN'T EATEN HERE YOU ARE MISSING OUT!!

Excellent! Gluten free bread available for any of their funky fresh sandwiches. Unique menu with yummy combos. They also have sweet treats, from a local GF bake shop.
