My boyfriend called before my birthday and asked if they could make gluten free long john’s and glazed raspberry filled donuts. This has been a dream of mine ever since I became celiac, and they made it come true!! Not only were the donuts delicious, they were better than I could have even imagined—better than the OG wheat ones I remember from my childhood. I will be returning to this bakery for the rest of my life and I am so grateful for their willingness to make these for us!

For more clarity, they were rice donuts that were gluten free (but not grain free). He had to order a minimum of 12 donuts because it was a special order as well. Well worth it and every penny! I cried of joy while receiving and eating them.

I ordered a grilled Reuben sandwich and ate it in the car as we were driving home! It tasted so much like a real rye bread sandwich! It could have had a harder toast on it, next time I will ask for that!! So much stuff to choose from. They had samples in little covered plastic containers. I tasted about 10 items..haha. We sat in their plastic bubble outside sampling items. They are opening a second Bliss bakery in June in the Holland area on Riley street. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing bakery! Everything is dedicated to gluten free. Most things are made with almond flour, however, they are getting a few nut free and dairy free options.

I ended up not going to the bakery because I called to ask what type of flour they use, and it turns out they use almond flour in their mix. Anyone who, like me, is allergic to nuts should avoid going there.

When I called to ask, the person who answered the phone was very nice and helpful, so I give them high marks for customer service.

The place was recommended to me by a family member who is local and has heard rave reviews from her GF friends. I'm disappointed to not be able to try the "best gluten free bagels anywhere".

Just want to give fellow Celiacs a heads up - I have confirmed with the owner that they do use bourbon whiskey in some of their products. While technically considered "gluten free" because of the distillation process, I personally still have reactions to drinks distilled from wheat/barley/rye. If you're very sensitive, please be careful!

One of my gluten-free favorites!! They have a huge selection of both sweet and savory options, and everything is great! My only problem when I go is narrowing it down on what to get because I want one of everything! Check out their Facebook for up-to-date offerings and hours!

The absolute best gluten feee, keto friendly food! Dinner rolls and bread are amazing! Don’t even get me started on the treats. Do yourself a favor, but one of everything and freeze it for later.

Everything is gluten and grain free. Several dairy free options as well. They do pop-ups on weekends in Grandville and Grand Rapids, so make sure to check their FB page for locations. I almost cried with joy at their huge selection!

Everything is gluten free, grain free, and sugar free. You wouldn't know it! My brain feels like it's being tricked (haha) because I can't have gluten, but I've never gotten sick and I know the facility is 100% gluten free. Lots of variety of goodies! I like their iced coffee as well. Sometimes they set up shop for a day in surrounding areas like Grandville.

New gluten free, low-carb bakery in Hamilton, MI. Appears to be running out of the owner's home for now, but they will soon be opening up a storefront on M40. No walk-ins allowed yet, just pick-up and delivery.
