I ended up not going to the bakery because I called to ask what type of flour they use, and it turns out they use almond flour in their mix. Anyone who, like me, is allergic to nuts should avoid going there.
When I called to ask, the person who answered the phone was very nice and helpful, so I give them high marks for customer service.
