They have a delicious gluten-free menu. I asked them to clean their walk before they cooked my meal and they were OK with it. Food was terrific and I didn’t have a reaction.

Le restaurant est beau! Tout est neuf! Il y a un menu sans gluten et la serveuse était très attentive à mes questions! Elle connaît tous les ingrédients des plats. On peut aussi demander au Chef Chan pour assistance et questions du plat que vous desirer commander. Un petit robot apporte les plats commandés! C’est cool!

Chef Dennis Chan takes care of his patrons. You need to ask if he can come to your table or, if he’s not there, the manager, and talk directly about your meal, it’s preparation and cleaning protocol. The food here is terrific. Lots of thought has gone into each dish. For GF, they have rice noodles or stir fry with your choice of protein, soups (rice noodles), sweet chile lettuce wraps, and they also have curries.

They have a separate GF menu, but I was gluten contaminated. I also found the food to be very salty.
