I get the brisket usually because the chicken is made in a shared fryer. I don’t get what all the hype is about their food, but the management does have knowledge about celiac (you just have to make sure the people taking your order talk to people higher up because they don’t always know) and there are plenty of gf options. Not sure if the sauces are gf, they thought the main bbq sauce includes Worcester sauce with gluten
