Love the Grill…. But it NEVER changes… never! I’ve been a customer since they opened and it looks the same and the menu/food is the same! There’s so much more to add, but they don’t.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to answer questions immediately without needing to “check in the kitchen”. Told me what to avoid or what what would be removed from my order.

The food is always celiac safe. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Delicious food always.

Despite a gluten free menu and “can do” attitude, both pick-up and in-person orders routinely (over many years) fail to make orders gluten-free when asked. I’m most instances, they don’t even remove croutons from salads as requested. The worst episode involved my daughter, who ordered from the gluten-free menu and discussed menu options with the waiter. She received a wheat pasta with a gluten-based sauce. She took one bite and said “I think there’s been a mistake.” The manager delivered the correct order and half-hearted apology, but made no effort to compensate for what might have been a serious mishap.

Excellent service, waitperson was trained in gf terms and food. Lovely experience! Really good food! The Pacific Chicken Salad is all gf as are the dressings.

They always make the effort to comply with allergy requests and always forth coming if something cannot be made allergy friendly. I really enjoy all the GF meals I've had there.

We have never had an issue here. GF menu is available. My daughter and I generally get the Pacific salad.

I ate here and ordered off the gluten free menu. I ordered a salad. I tested the salad with my NIMA sensor. Gluten was found. The manager was kind and had the kitchen cook me a piece of plain salmon to make up for it.

Very knowledgeable. Dedicated fryer.

The service here is great, and my celiac child enjoyed a safe meal. They have a gluten free menu that even includes some appetizer options.
