The gluten free bun was great! Fries are made in a GF fryer too. I didn't ask about anything thing else. I let them know it was an allergy and didn't have any negative reaction. I will probably come back here every time I visit Lubbock.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
Staff was knowledgeable and asked lots of questions. Notes were made for cooks.
Had a cheese burger and fries! It was awesome. Gluten free bun was very good.
— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu
The management was helpful. They have several options to choose from including a gluten free bun.
Great burgers and sandwiches! have gluten free buns that actually taste good.
I didn’t see them cook my burger but I did not get sick.
The bun was good and didn’t fall apart. Meat was cooked to my liking.
Have only eaten there once. Did not look at other options on menu.
— Not Much
My husband and I both ordered a GF bun on our burger. I have celiac disease. Burger came, and bun looked suspiciously good. If you are GF, you know what I mean! I took a tiny nibble and my suspicions confirmed. NOT GLUTEN FREE. Staff was nice and remade my burger. Unfortunately they did not refund my husband’s .99 bun surcharge. (He did not want to wait/time constraint.) Sadly, even with the tiny nibble, I suffered a reaction. I would say it’s not Celiac friendly if you can’t get what you ordered, or safely eat what is brought out to you.
From GF standpoint, it was ok. Did not get sick - has GF bun and dedicated fryer for fresh-cut fries, but the burger itself was very salty and then meal sat heavy in gut. I had guacamole cheeseburger dry (no mayo & mustard). Only passing through the area but will make a different choice if I return.
