I wasn’t as lucky with the contamination. I’m pretty sure everything on my plate was gluten free ingredients, but I don’t think the kitchen was gluten free. I definitely got contaminated and was sick after eating the food. Make sure to tell your server that you are gluten intolerant/celiac.... maybe that’s where I went wrong?
Went for dinner - the waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tested the pea appetizer and my hangar steak with my Nima sensor and it passed. They have a gluten free menu but ask questions because for example - the potatoes with the steak were fried in the same oil as gluten but they were so helpful in subbing it out for something else. Be super clear with them and you should be good!
unfortunately this restaurant gave me regular instead of gf bread in my sandwich without realizing, which made me so sick that i ended up in the emergency room. i’ve eaten here before with no problem but PLEASE verify that it is gluten free bread. sometimes they don’t check.
Loved the banana bread
