Awful. Went here with our kids based on this website. Girl at the counter didn't know what gluten free meant. I asked if she could check and see if the burgers were gluten free and she asked the kitchen and came back saying we're not sure. Inexcusable. If celiac, do not eat here

Dedicated fryer for French fries. However- staff did not pay attention to my Celiac/Gluten Free order. I approached the manager who was standing at the window to let her know I just placed a Celiac/allergy order- and can she make sure the French fries I just ordered were packed after changing gloves and being careful for cross contamination- she assured me the fries are in a separate section and they will change their gloves.
I watched through the window all of the workers doing their thing. I watched the “Fry” guy pack all the orders, then pack my daughter’s fries, and send them to the take out window.
I grabbed the same manager again and told her that I just watched him pack the fries and he took no precautions for the allergy order. She assured me again- this time with an attitude- that he didn’t need to change his gloves as he was only on the fry area.
Well I should have trusted my instincts- as my daughter was flutened from this experience within thirty minutes of eating the fries.
It’s a shame- as they are one of the few places here that have a dedicated fryer- and this could be a safe option- but not with their current set up and lack of safety precautions taken for an order marked as Celiac.

— Excellent
This is Bobby Flay’s restaurant. Perfect burger on a bed of greens. Fries seemed safe as nothing else on menu was fried that I saw. I finished a few minutes ago and no reaction yet.
— No gluten-free information on the menu

— Excellent
I don’t know what everyone else’s experience was but if you’re nice and patient they’ll help you. At my location i’m always offered the fit option which is on a salad. I obviously add cheese and a over easy egg which makes for a great meal. Celiac disease is frustrating but it’s important to understand that the awareness factor is not up to par yet. The more cool, calm, and collected we are makes it easier for employees to help us.
The waitstaff was very nice until I said the word gluten and then became unresponsive and dumbfounded. They were clueless and made no attempt to find out if the burger I had asked about was gluten free. On top of this, one yelp review response from corporate mentioned their cheese wasn’t gf (tf?). One thing for the waitstaff not to know. This establishment takes it to a whole other level when there is not allergen information (and conflicting information) online. Extremely disappointed that bobby freaking flay isn’t doing better.

Horrible. Went in and asked for the gluten free options and was told "none". When i asked since i knew they had gluten free she said "what's gluten free". We walked out. Would give no stars if i could
