I found it to be great. The fries are amazing and the burgers are good. Just be sure that you have a Gf bun and if you aren't, ask to make sure. Like someone else said, they are usually stale, but I still love it.

Their GF burger buns are the bomb if they are fresh, but are often stale to the point of inedible. They have a dedicated fryer for french fries, but there is some risk of human error due to poor training. Staff has made mistakes with my GF fries order and I have gotten chunks of wheat based fish or chicken batter in my fries.

Not celiac friendly! Beware!! Their menu says gluten free but they don't have a dedicated fryer for fries nor do they worry about cross contamination. Very disappointed.

Our service was absolutely horrible, We have never had a meaner server, the food was $$$ not $ and the food was not as Celiac friendly as presented on the menu, and how does a hamburger joint run out of GF Buns and still charge $!2 a plate, We will not be going back to this restaurant. Ever!

Love Bob's! Great GF menu. Burgers, sandwiches and salads available. Also have GF fries and Jo-Jo's. Yum!

Great service, knowledgeable waitstaff! There were several gf options including baked potato, and gf buns for all of the burgers and sandwiches. My daughter opted for the nachos with chicken, which is grilled on its own dedicated meat-only grill to avoid cross-contamination. A great experience!

My son and I both have celiac disease and are so thankful that we found Bob’s Burgers in Puyallup! Our server, Johnet, was very knowledgeable (she said she has celiac family members) so we get very comfortable with her. The General Manager (along side our fantastic server) did a great job making sure that we were 100% safe. The food was AMAZING! This will be my family’s go to restaurant as long as Johnet is our server.
