This place has nice flavors and friendly staff! They make the gelato in-house and can’t guarantee there is no cross-contamination, and they do use cones which could potentially touch the scoops, but they take precautions, and each flavor has its own scooper for serving. They also only even open the covers for 2 flavors at a time (hard to explain but it’s just the way it’s set up), so you can completely avoid buckets that are open at the same time as flavors with gluten if you want. When I went, only 1 flavor was NOT gf, so lots to choose from!
