Very good Burger. Wait staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Fries are unfortunately not in a dedicated fryer, charred broccolini was a nice substitute

Bol used to have one of the best GF pizzas but sadly they have changed owners and now the pizza is just okay, small and overpriced.

Update - They have changed their name and management. The manager was annoyed that we wanted to look at a menu before we sat down and wouldn't take time to answer any of our questions. We left without ordering anything.
Great food and knowledgeable staff. Said that they had a separate fryer that they used if requested.

Great experience. They asked if it was an allergy and when I said yes, they cooked my flatbread on its own pan. I feel it was safe. Mine looked much different than my son’s regular non- gluten free pizza (his was much more crispy and well-done).

Good food but service at the bar as awful on a night that wasn’t busy at all. There are many other places in Vail that offer great GF food for a similar price. This one wasn’t worth it.

Great food but I don’t think the staff fully understood my needs. They served me potato chips with my meal that they assured me were completely GF. I got super sick after the meal and I’m assuming it was the chips. Probably my fault for not probing further into what else is cooked in their fryers.

Second successful visit in three years! DO NOT ORDER fried GF items as they are cooked in a shared frier. Other GF items are safe and DELICIOUS! GF flat bread pizza in particular was to die for. Awesome restaurant, GF or not!

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best GF pizzas I've ever had.

The staff assured me they had a gluten free fried. I’ve been eating their French fries all year and wondering why I felt so sick. I spoke to a different staff member this week, who said they’ve never had a gluten free fried, that they’ve always been shared. Super frustrating!

When I came to the Bol, I was very happy with how things went, when I got to the restaurant and informed them I had celiac, everyone immediately know what it was and told me everything I could have and what to stay away from. On top of that, the food was fantastic.

While true there many gluten free options available, the food itself was extremely salty and not good. With the price point being fairly high I was hoping to find decent food.

We sat outsider here while the kids played on their massive lawn games area. I explained celiac to the server and they seemed knowledgable and ensure me the kitchen would do everything possible to avoid cross contact. Had fish tacos that were altered to be gluten free. The fish tacos were tasty and I didn't have any reaction, which was awesome. Place is very pricey for what it is, but definitely an option for celiacs while in Vail.

They have gluten free items marked on their menu. Including the children’s menu. Loved the kids GF cheese pizza.
