Good food in a dedicated gluten free restaurant. A pick your own bowl type place. Food was good and portions were generous.

This is an A+. If you’re in the area I think there are a few. All GF - and so much fresh taste. I enjoyed everything I’ve had here. (Chicken Thigh, Lemon Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, and the steak!)
Highly recommend.

Delicious bowls. Lots of choices and all gluten free. Travel for a celiac is difficult but this restaurant helped make my trip a lot better.

Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant and staff. My daughter (6) has Celiac Disease which prevents us from eating at most food establishments. This restaurant is 100% gluten free AND the food is absolutely amazing!! What a treat for my daughter to be able to freely order anything she wanted off of the menu. We were impressed with the quality and taste of the food as well as the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the restaurant, and amazed that everything is safe for my daughter to eat. We will definitely be returning!

Delicious, healthy, safe (dedicated) and fast! A “bowl” place, where you choose a protein, vegetable, sauce, etc, and they assemble it right there in line. The tofu is cooked really well (not mushy or cold like some places). Nice variety of items to choose from. Fast service. All the sauces & flavors were really tasty. I’m so glad this place exists and hope they keep expanding!!

The food is delicious and is extremely healthy. I’ve never gotten sick here. I’ve gotten sick several times at Fresh Kitchen, but never at Bolay. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The food is really good! We had the roasted sweet potatoes and zucchini—amazing! The place is clean and inviting. The staff was patient and helpful. Highly recommend for Celiac!

Definitely a cool spot for celiacs. The rice bowls are good but their chocolate chip cookie is AMAZING.
