Knowledgeable staff but somehow not safe for celiacs.. only the papadum came out safe with Nima sensor.. I tested their daal makhni, shahi korma and daal tadka all came back with gluten found.. I think the spices are the culprit because they took every precaution in preparing the order.
My husband and I had dinner here tonight. The food was delicious and the service was great. I had the Mango Chicken Curry and it was some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. My husband had lamb in a spinach sauce and he loved it. We finished off our meal with house made mango ice cream which was to die for. There are LOTS of GF options!!This was the first meal we’ve had in a long time that we felt was worth every penny. We will definitely be back!
Menu not marked but most items are already gluten free. Ask to speak to the manager for extra precaution.
I've been coming here for 5 yrs now and have not gotten sick. The lental crisp is made is a shared fryer so I've never had them. This is my hands down fav restaurant of all time. Go! Enjoy! I recommend the Mango Chicken Curry as the top rated dish.
I have to second the rave review of the mango chicken curry. Absolutely delicious! The mango lassi and chicken wing appetizer are also great choices. The waiter did not know much about gluten free, but took my concerns seriously and consulted the chef about every detail. Felt very safe. Make sure you have reservations because the restaurant is very small and popular!
Fantastic Indian food. Very knowledgable staff. The free appetizer is a lentil crisp and is gluten free. Had a few curries and never got sick. Be sure to make reservations.
