We stayed in Williamsburg for several days and we ate here every night. Why? Because Bonefish is reliably good at keeping this celiac safe and I was not willing to eat somewhere new to "experiment" and get sick while on vacation. That would not be fun.

One night, I had the filet with whipped potatoes and it was very good, as always.

The next night, I had the chilean sea bass. Excellent with the mango salsa and jasmine rice.

The third time, I tried the house salad and the lily's chicken (I believe that is the name of the dish) and we had to wait over half an hour for it to arrive. We were seated at the bar. It was just so-so, truth be told.

The portions are getting smaller at the Bonefish Grills, I have noticed and the drinks are getting even smaller. Bummer.

For the price we pay for these entrees, I'd like to see them stop the "paring down" practices.

Not a typical Bonefish Grill (from my experience)--the wait time for the food was long (and it was not even busy), although the servers were all very nice!
