Great food. I love this place and it's never made me sick. The chicken enchiladas are delicious! I highly recommend them. My only warning is that one night I ordered a drink and the bartender didn't know anything about which brands and which types of alcohol are derived from wheat, barley, etc. I made him show me the bottles after he said "all alcohol is gluten free." Also if you ask them, they will make your chips in a new batch of oil so that it's not contaminated. You can even call ahead of time to ask so it's ready when you arrive!

Celiac friendly?

Great knowledgeable servers who educated me about what I could eat on the menu. She explained in detail which items were for those with Celiac disease (myself), gluten sensitive and those just avoiding gluten. Those with Celiac can't have the tortilla chips since they share the same fryer of glutinous foods but they brought me warmed corn tortillas with the salsa that is safe. I had the carne asada, tinga pollo and any quesadilla can be prepared for those with Celiac. I haven't felt sick since my visit which is great! There's a large selection of food to choose from that was delicious and the staff was very knowledgable! Highly recommend if you are in the area! The happy hour was also great having the tacos for $3.50/each and $5 margaritas.

I ordered to go and after getting my name and phone number, they immediately asked if I had any allergies. It was easy to order and the online menus have everything clearly marked! There is even a key to help indicate what is naturally gluten free and what can be made gluten free!

The food itself was good but definitely americanized.

Great meal authentic Mexican food. My only regret is that we ate lunch instead of dinner so I could try a Margarita. Our server Adrienne was awesome.

This is my Go-To anytime I am near the airport in LV. 90% of the menu is GF. I always get tacos but other options are available as well. I’m very reactive and have never gotten sick here in 20+ times eating here. Prices are steep, portions are not huge but the safety factor is worth it.
