They fry their glutenous chicken with everything else so the cross contamination risk is high!
Also quite expensive and the fies hurt the stomachs of gluten tolerant people too

Only one item had gluten on the main menu, even had gluten free soup. Delicious food, friendly staff, amazing views.

The staff knew what was gluten free and not. The selection wasn’t great but we were fine with hot dogs and chips.

This place was great! I had a garden salad (they had gf dressing), a veggie sandwich (as a lettuce wrap since they don’t have gf bread), and some awesome fries! Highly recommend for any celiac!

We bought the tram ticket with the deli included. You get a $20 voucher for the price of $10. There is gluten free chili or lunch meat, no GF bread. I was told the fries are GF and cooked in a separate fryer.
I love the new Bar. I ordered a Rueben (without the bread because they don't have that option yet, like most places) they layered it like a salad shaved pastrami, house sauerkraut, Swiss, and thousand island dressing. It was so good. They also have Sonoma Cider, and you can ask them to make a Moscow mule with Tito's vodka, one of my favorites. They also carry a Chili that's gluten free too.

Bore Deli is located at the top of Mt. Aleyska at Aleyska Resort. When purchasing tram tickets, purchase a meal voucher too. Bore Deli serves Boar'd Head deli meat which is gluten-free. They do not serve gluten-free bread though. I ordered the gluten-free Chili; it was very tasty. As someone with Celiac Disease, I did not get sick afterwards.
