Review of Boris Bistro

Boris Bistro is the kind of restaurant that should be in every city. Every city should have a restaurant that creates fine dining dishes that just happen to be gluten-free. We ate here with my kids and parents and everyone enjoyed their meal. It is such a pleasure to eat somewhere where we don't have to worry at all about cross-contamination because the kitchen is 100% GF and we also don't have to compromise on the quality of the food. Boris Bistro creates beautiful dishes from ceviche to risotto to fancy poutine to beef tataki and more. They also have a lovely outdoor garden to dine in which makes for a great place for a late summer meal.
