Chips are (were at the time) not gf nor does it seem like gf safety is top of mind
The food is super tasty but I can’t go there with my wife who is celiac and feel confident that the food is safe for her to eat
We asked directly about cross contamination and all the questions you would ask

The fryer is not GF and wait staff do not have basic understanding of cross contamination. After asking about cross contamination the waitress cut me off and said the chips were GF, and I had to call over another waiter to confirm that they weren’t. Luckily I didn’t eat them. The waiter then went to the back and asked about cross contamination and came back with a menu with almost everything crossed out as unsafe, even things labeled GF. Would not risk it!

Knowledgeable staff, lots of delicious options. Have eaten here multiple times without symptoms. HOWEVER, do not eat the chips. The fryer is not GF.
Yes
Would be helpful if someone would have mentioned that this place is 21+ only. Would have e saved me a ton of grief and the joy of dragging a teenager who only wanted Chipotle to a new place. Epic fail.
The fryer is not safe for celiacs. So the chips may be questionable.
The street tacos were pretty good. I got the chicken and el pastor (grilled pineapple)
No
Cool place with great options clearly marked GF. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This is a very popular place in Spokane. We arrived well after the normal lunch rush. The food was well presented and flavorful!
This place was so so good! Plenty of GF options and very well marked. Tasted amazing! Definitely get the Dip trio!! The lettuce wraps were also incredible!
