It is always a treat to visit Bouchon in Las Vegas! The dishes feature signature French flavors with everything seasoned to perfection. The seafood is super fresh & delicious. I was impressed by the staff and their attention to guests with allergies including celiacs. While the entire meal was delicious, I enjoyed the simple pleasures of a yummy gluten free toast with butter! Oh and the gluten free profiteroles were great too!

Ate there for brunch today. The food was fantastic. There aren’t a ton of options but she said we could have the GF toast with the smoked salmon, avo or eggs Benedict. I had the shrimp & grits, which were the best I’ve ever had. They were topped with a delicious mix of pickled tomatoes and onions. My husband’s (also GF) crab eggs Benedict was also delicious. We shared the potato & onions side and some mussels. The waitress was very knowledgeable and confirmed that the gf toast is prepped separately. My only regret is that they didn’t have any other gf baked goods & we were watching everyone else eat their baguettes and croissants. We did take some macarons to go. I felt well taken care of.

We stopped in on a whim for dinner one evening last week and had the best service. I ordered the trout almondine, which was good, but my partner ordered the GF roasted chicken and that blew my meal away. The crème brûlée was meh, not a crunchy top and better elsewhere, but great that they had something GF for dessert. No reaction afterward. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing dinner with knowledgeable server (who stated she also had celiac disease). Most (but not all) menu items were or could be prepared GF. Unfortunately, the truffle fries are prepared in a fryer that is cross contaminated. Provided GF bread and fresh butter. Everything was beautifully prepared and delicious. Highly recommend.

The restaurant can make all, but two dishes of the dinner menu gluten free. They also provide GF bread and separate non-CC butter. Our waitress has Celiac so she knows from experience the affects gluten has on a person. She even mentioned to not steal any fries from my family members bc they are CC. Everything was delicious especially the desserts. All can be GF! We ordered 3 different ones and they were all the bomb! This place made me feel like a normal person who can eat what they want, not gravely ill by gluten.

No GF menu but the staff was very accommodating and let me know most items could be made GF. They brought me out my own GF bread. I had the French onion soup with no bread and a salad. Very enjoyable dinner.

Came for dinner and was blown away by the waiter who went over and beyond to explain menu, brought me GF bread without me even asking if it was available. Highly recommend! Most of the desserts were GF too. Such a treat.

Went for brunch and there were only two options: a salmon salad or a steak. They have gluten free bread, but the server wouldn’t substitute it in the eggs Benedict or in the foie gras. We walked out instead of eating. I’ve eaten at the Bouchon in Napa, which had so many options. Maybe the issue was that it was the brunch menu.

We came here for dinner. Upon checking in they verified gluten free status by asking if it was allergy or celiacs. They offered gluten free toast without me asking and explained gluten free menu options. Staff were knowledgeable and were very proactive. Most menu items with exception of couple of dishes could be modified to be Gf.
I had the endive salad and trout. They also have GF desserts. I had the profiteroles. It was so good I nearly cried. It’s not often you can find GF desserts in restaurants. I am on the sensitive side and I did not get glutened. I can usually tell within 20 minutes or so. No tummy problems other than from it being stretched out from eating everything on my plate!
Yes
Not very accommodating for celiac/gluten free. No dedicated menu. Felt that staff was not very knowledgeable and didn’t take allergies very seriously. Food was mediocre especially considering the prices charged.
No
They do not have separate toasters for bread, cannot safely make French toast. Just eggs here, unfortunately. One server not so attentive; we had another who was awesome!

The only option which is Celiac friendly is omelette with gluten free bread that they can toast at a separate place. On the phone they mentioned that they can do gluten free French toast but they do not have a separate frier (which of course they mentioned they do over the phone), so that was unfortunate. The ambience was nice but wouldn't go there again for just the omelette. Didn't have any reaction with the omelette and the bread so that was good!
Yes
had the omelette with gluten free toast and side of potatoes. everything was delicious. I was advised by the waiter this was my only safe option. I had no reactions but disappointed with limited menu options.

I was super excited to come here after reading all the great reviews... However, they don't have a gf menu and the wait staff that we had was extremely rude when we asked about gf options and cross contamination. So rude we left without ordering anything!

Fantastic restaurant and service. They were able to substitute the gluten free bread for the French toast and my daughter loved it! We highly recommend! Very knowledgable staff.

I have been GF for Celiac for 17 years in three countries. Bouchon Bistro had far and above the best GF service I have ever received. Gary was amazing. Highly recommend asking for him as your server. My meal was also stellar -- I was really able to trust in Bouchon and try new things without having to know every detail which was a rare delight. My only complaint was the GF bread. I was hoping for more from a luminary in GF baking.
Yes
Very accommodating-my server took great care to make sure I stayed away from items with gluten. Delicious GF brownie dessert using Thomas Keller endorsed GF flour.

Great food and good service! Could modify just about everything on the menu and very aware of cross contamination.
Had a great dinner here. Waiter was very knowledgable. Had the best gluten free bread with my meal
Yes
I had an absolutely delicious breakfast here. The breakfast comes with toast and a pastry, they did not have a substitute pastry for me so I just gave it to my friend. They did have gluten free toast! I have not had gluten free bread since going gluten free because most things that naturally have gluten just do not taste good. This was the most delicious bread ever! I would have never known this was not regular bread. I was so excited. The wait staff could have been a little more friendly considering the astronomical prices of a meal there. But the food was amazing.
waitress was awesome, pointed out what was safe. had gf PROFITEROLES made with "cup for cup" gf flour. one of the best meals I've ever had!!

No gluten free menu and not very GF knowledgable
Nothing better than a delicious macaron. My favorite of their macarons is the salted caramel. Perfect dessert to walk through the hotel with! But, macarons were the only thing that were gluten free. Be weary.
Yes
Service was very good. Do not have a dedicated menu. Only had enough gluten free bread for one order, and the bread boy still put a pile of ( wheat) rolls right on our table. Waitress was helpful in suggesting what could be made gluten free and checked with the kitchen before about my specific needs before putting the order in.
