Great food! They've always been very knowledgable and nice. The GF menu is a different color so it stands out. They always give my bread to my husband without us asking (if you're not a celiac is really is the best part).
Never gotten sick and never had any issue and I'm really sensitive.

This place is THE BEST. Both in terms of gluten safety and quality of food.
I have really severe celiac and have been eating here for several years. Never once have I had a reaction.
The food is always fantastic and the staff are super friendly.
I’ve ordered takeout before and throughout the entirety of the COVID pandemic and have never once had any issues with bread in my container.
Be aware - most of their dishes come with Cajun garlic bread on the side, even if the dish itself is GF.
All you have to do is order the dish without bread. They will give you the option to have a bag of chips instead. They have multiple GF chip options.
If you have a gluten eater with you, they’re also happy to give them your extra bread - something my non-Celiac girlfriend loves.
I truly cannot recommend this place enough!! I could gush about it for hours. If you’re in Lexington, it’s a must.
(Pro-tip: You can use the Jambalaya, which is GF, as a base instead of rice. It’s a game-changer!)

Their DoodDash menu specifically notes GF dishes yet they throw bread in the styrofoam.

I have eaten most of the items labeled gluten free and never had issues. Remember to ask them to leave the bread off on the side though!

Crumbs all over food trays on my last visit. Please fix this. Used to be my favorite place to eat.

Very good and very knowledgable.
Very good, Robert let me try samples of all items from GF menu. All very good. Had the Chili and Jambalaya combo. Price is great too.

Amazing food here. Very friendly.
Small deduction because I specifically asked about gf options and my order still came with the bread.
I couldn't recommend for highly sensitive / Celiacs due to small kitchen and seeming high risk of cross contamination.
I had the Jambalaya and the red beans and sausage. They were excellent. We went there two days in a row we liked it so much. Great prices too. I have celiac and didn't get sick. My husband loved his too.
My husband had the jambalaya, I had the black beans and caramelized corn. Both were served over white rice (like everything else on the menu). Both were delicious.
Everything (including the gluten free items) comes with a piece of bread, so be sure to ask for no bread to be put on your plate.
We really enjoyed our lunch, and had no ill effects from it. However, if I hadn't researched ahead of time, I would never have known that this place had gluten free menu items, since the white board menu didn't mention it at all.
Excellent jambalaya. Fun, very casual atmosphere; order at the counter and pick up yourself. Tables but no table service. I did not get sick at all, and I'm very sensitive. The only complaint I have is an unfulfilled wish for gluten free beer.
Good number of GF options here, good staff.
Food was good. But I asked for gluten free, and a hunk of bread was put on my plate. I had to ask for a new plate - they just wanted to pick off the bread and hand the plate back to me.
Great food, but I'm celiac and I've gotten sick every time I've eaten here.
Great food! And our nutritionist has toured the kitchen and found that they have a separate cooking area and dishes for their gluten-free options.
