This was a beautiful restaurant with wonderful staff. They gave the impression they knew what GF was so I ordered a delicious burger. Double checked the bun was GF. Separate fryer for the fries. It was so good. And then I was in bed all afternoon because I was sick. Glutened for sure. I think in Iceland they have a “gluten friendly” version of items that restaurants may call GF that are not. Beware and don’t get taken out like I did on my first day and first meal in Iceland. Maybe stick with things like fish and vegetables. I had just read so many good things here and wanted to try a burger.
