Amazing food and service. Our favorite restaurant in Puerto Vallarta. Ate here twice this week. Did not get sick. Got bang bang shrimp, rack of lamb, seared ahi tuna, butter chicken risotto and sorbet. Everything delicious. Most of the staff speak English which makes it easier and more comfortable as a celiac who doesn’t speak Spanish.

Be sure to double check each dish’s preparation though. We had to request modifications for safety. Which they’re happy to do.

For example, the seared tuna is normally topped with an oyster sauce that has gluten. Yet it’s marked GF on menu. The butter chicken risotto comes with nan bread that isn’t gluten free, but the dish is listed GF on menu. When ordering GF, I’m not sure they would remove these items without specifically asking…

Bravo’s was incredible to say the least. I felt very safe eating there (celiac) and had absolutely no reaction. Things are clearly marked on their menu for GF and the server immediately asked if I was celiac upon mention of GF foods. The food was 10/10.

What a happy discovery. This is the first place I've been to since I was diagnosed 10 years ago that offered gluten free calamari. The entire menu is labelled. The food is incredibly delicious. We're coming back tomorrow so that I can have gnocchi, another dish I haven't had for a decade.

Excellent experience! Knowledgeable and super friendly staff. Most of the menu marked as GF or GFO. We had the gf calamari. Insane!!! It was so great!For the main, I had a filet of beef, fresh steamed veggies and a baked potato. Since I’m also dairy free they offered my olive oil for spud. Bravo!!

The food was delicious! The menu was clearly marked GF and GFO. The owner, Michael, is gluten-free as well, and came to speak to our table to make sure everything was okay. The hostess and our waiter all made sure to know who at the table was GF, and they were knowledgeable about the options.
