I had an omelet. There were several guys in the kitchen. Bread and gluten was everywhere and they probably were not keeping eggs separated from pancakes and toast... I should have asked them to be careful, but this place was rushing people in and out. I hated to be that one person. I didn't feel great after. But it didn't feel like my normal gluten reaction. Felt like a , "you just had a greasy spicy omelet" reaction...
