The owner/owner’s wife has Celiac and everything can be made GF. There’s a dedicated fryer for fries, chicken fried steak, etc. ALL the desserts are GF. I have a Nima Sensor and my son’s macaroni & cheese had no gluten detected. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!
