Went here twice- they have a dedicated fryer for fries. The staff seemed knowledgable but had some conflicting information on which wing sauces were GF. The buffalo sauce is definitely safe. They have an allergen info binder that I'd recommend taking a look at before ordering. On tap they also have a few ciders and Punk IPA GF version.
Was pretty amazed by the amount of knowledge about gluten and service. A server took a good 7-10 minutes to talk me through my options, protocols in place, and asking the kitchen questions for me to double check everything was good to go. They have a GF beer on tap but apparently there is push to call it "gluten-friendly" vs GF according to the staff. They regularly clean their lines between cider and beer though. Had a buffalo chicken sandwich and some cider, didn't get sick and was really great quality.
They have gf wings! The waitress was really kind and took me very seriously, marking my order as a severe allergy. She told me they prepare the gf stuff separately and I felt quite safe. For some reason the cauliflower wings are not called gluten free on the menu but on the website, but I was assured they make them with gf flour and sparkling water, not actual beer (“Bierteig”). They also have one gf beer. Though they gave the usual cross contamination warning.
