The pizza was good & safe, I have a celiac alert dog and he cleared the pizza. They have shared kitchen storage but on their own fridge sections, their own pans they come out with and only the gf pizzas are cut with a particular knife.
Pizza, good & safe. But this was the WORST service I have ever had. We waited almost 3 hours for a pizza and it basically took up the rest of our day. It tasted good but I would never go back from the slowness. Pretty sure they just forgot to put our order in but the staff was incredibly unkind & didn’t take any ownership.

Absolutely delicious pizza experience and great service. Now, I am not sensitive to cross contamination at all, I just can’t consume gluten products. They offer a cauliflower crust that is gluten free and can be used with any of their pizzas. Really just delicious. Also has an awesome beer selection for my beer-snob husband.

My husband and I enjoyed the gf pizza here! The crust is actually made by the chef who owns Sin City Gluten Free Bakeshop so I felt confident that the staff here was educated on cross-contamination.

Best gluten free crust I’ve ever had. I’ve been gluten free for 8 years and this is by far the best. Wish I could get it in Colorado.
I don’t know what some folks call, ‘celiac safe’; but this place is not.
First, this restaurant is NOT Celiac friendly. I was told by 3 separate employees that they can't guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination because "things float around in the oven and may land on the gluten free pizzas" ... all pizzas are cooked in the same large oven the only difference being that the gluten free pizzas are on a pan and the others are not. So, if you're very sensitive or have Celiac, it's Russian Roulette. That said the pizza was okay. Certainly not the best I've had. And don't go by the website ... they don't have GF cheesecake all the time. The GF dessert changes. I was very excited to try this place because it was listed as Celiac friendly, but I was very disappointed.

Very good gluten free pizza! Place was very cute and everyone was very friendly.
Great build your own pizza on a gf pizza crust. Our server was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Probably one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.
Had a great meal followed by gf chocolate cake. Will be back.

No questions asked. Got my gluten free pizza. It was delicious, one of the best gluten free pizza crusts I've had. Everyone else at the table was also very happy with their normal pizzas. Good work!

GREAT PIZZA and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The waitress was VERY attentive to make sure no cross contamination occurred. Pizza was OUTSTANDING! I have NEVER had such a great pizza! They even had gluten free cheesecake that was better than what I remember having before my diagnosis. They have a great drink selection as well! Zombie Killer all the way!!!! Will be back FOR SURE!!!!

In ten years of eating GF, this was the worst pizza I've ever had. In four years of dating, my partner has never seen me send food back or spit it out. He did tonight. The first crust was soggy and uncooked and the second was just plain awful. It tasted like I would imagine a locker room floor would taste.
On the upside, the staff was awesome and very understanding.
Great gluten free pizza and they were wonderful to make sure there was no cross contamination.

Got fresh ingredients not used on the line to make sure we didn't get cross contamination! Good pizza. The chicken bacon ranch was the best.

I'm so sorry to leave a negative review, but we ordered 2 gluten free pizzas for carry out. One for myself and one for my daughter (we are both Celiac). She ate half of hers on the way home. When we got home and opened the other box, the shape of the pizza was totally different, as was the crust. When we called to ask what happened, the woman I spoke to said, "tell your daughter to stop eating right away, there was a mistake!" Anyone who is Celiac knows how this feels. It turned out they forgot to make one of the pizzas gluten free. Luckily, the one my daughter ate happened to be the GF one. Since we were only in town for the night, and didn't want to drive all the way back, they refunded my money for one pizza (honestly I thought it would have been a nice gesture to refund both the pizzas). FYI - If you're ordering GF, you want a SQUARE pizza. Not round or oval.

I'd been referred here by the gf pastry chef who owns a gf bakery in town, he also makes the gf pizza crust. My gf pulled pork pizza was phenomenal, tasty, crispy and just delicious. The people working were super nice and they w er e knowledgeable about keeping GF-celiac's safe. Thanks for the great experience, tasty food with zero side effects!

We stopped in Brick Oven Bistro during a recent trip to Great Wolf Lodge in sandusky. Chef Eric at Jam's bakery recommended Brick Oven to us and he provides the crust. We have celiac and are typically apprehensive about eating at new (to us) restaurants, but we gave them a call and really grilled them about how well they manage cross contamination risk and what toppings were safe. In the end, it was a wonderful experience. The pizza was delicious and frankly the crust reminded me a lot of what wheat crust tastes like. It had a great savory flavor to it and was not too dry or soggy. My husband wanted a flatbed, which they couldn't do gluten free, but we were able to get the flatbed toppings as a pizza. We are now a few days after our trip and noone has reacted so they did a great job keeping our pizza safe too.

Great pizza. Thin but not as cracker like as gf usually is. They put gf in on a pan and have a separate table for cutting and plating gf pizzas. There was a gf cheesecake on the menu I didn't have time to try, made by Jam bakery so I'm sure it is good. The gf pizzas take a little longer to cook than others just fyi. Italian stallion was meaty - hubby liked it. Marguerita was good and so was the pear Gorgonzola.

WOW! Great brick oven gluten free pizza! Friendly staff! Top notch! P.S. They also use Jam Gluten-Free Bakeshop crusts! Best EVER!!!
Great Pizza and Salads! Can get almost all their toppings! I think they might have other things but haven't tried them yet.
