Review of Bridgewater Bistro

Bridgewater Bistro is a great restaurant with a very nice selection of gluten free options. We ordered a few plates to share and all of them were incredible! The lamb lollipops and house chowder were the highlights, but the grilled prawns and arugula salad with prosciutto were also delicious. The menu is clearly labeled with GF or GF-A (can be made gluten free with some modifications) and the staff is very knowledgeable. One of the owners has Celiac, so even though the restaurant isn't a 100% dedicated GF facility (the menu is about 90% GF), it is as close as it gets and they are extremely careful when preparing GF food.
