Review of Bridgewater Bistro

This place is amazing! And not just because of the view! For starters, they have great gf dinner rolls. My husband and I ordered the Seafood Cakes of the Day and Calamari Bites for our first course. Very good, no complaints. For dinner I had the Shoalwater Cioppino and my husband had the New York Steak. Both excellent! I expected a cute little lump of crab on top of my soup, but to my surprise, was served 3 very large, whole crab legs on top! For dessert we split a Brownie Sundae, which was also very good, but I wish it had been bigger. LOL. Our waitress was very nice and very knowledgeable about gf even though she herself was not. Almost the whole menu is gf and I wish I could have sampled it all! We will definitely be coming back the next time we're in Astoria.
