At least one member of the Waitstaff blatantly did not comprehend celiac or gluten allergy. That was the one we got...

Despite being very clear about celiac and gluten allergy, the waitstaff put regular bread on the plate. It ended up falling onto the floor so they brought us some new pieces. While this was cooking we started to eat. They brought the new bread and thankfully we asked about the bread because it looked like normal bread. The waitstaff told us you have to specify that you want gf bread at each course... we only had placed the order for wine, then our full order with an app... the whole time Clarifying GF needs. Having put the silverware down where the bread had originally been has lead to a celiac reaction...

The food seemed great, and we felt confident going there, but did not expect to have to deal with this there. We worked with several staff members, and several comprehended, but ours did not. We chose to not finish the meal and leave, they did comp the meal, but spending the next month recovering from the reaction is not equal.

I only say not celiac friendly because staff did not comprehend. I believe the food if entered correctly and no cross contamination issues occurred we would have been fine.
