Review of Bridgewater Bistro

The food was wonderful! I was so excited to be able to order fish and chips. The waiter told me that they use a gluten free batter for everything that is fried so there was no cross-contamination. Everything on the menu that was "naturally" gluten was marked as well as items that they could make gluten free and they were marked with different markings so you knew the difference. This was a fantastic find.
