Review of Bright Angel Restaurant

The food was decent. Good service. No wait on a Saturday night. Several gluten free options. I had the tortilla soup (which was fantastic) and sour cream chicken modified to be GF (which wasn't bad). They also had GF trout, steak, salads, and hamburgers.

We went back the next day for breakfast. I had an egg with GF toast. Your experience may depend on the knowledge of your server so just make sure they ask the kitchen. Our dinner server came back twice with different answers after talking with the chef. So the chef knows.
