Consistently good Asian food in a nearly 100% gluten-free facility. Last time I went, they stated that they don't even carry the one thing with gluten in it anymore.

Great fast casual place! When I went, everything was gluten free. I loved their sweet potato fritters!

They were 100% gluten free when I ate there. They had previously(seasonally) served a noodle that was no gf, but have since removed it. I have eaten there twice and have been good. Asked the staff questions about kitchen practices and they passed. I would recommend, you will have a safe meal.

My son loved his dinner. He had both chicken and steak on his bowl. The veggies were fresh and the coconut curry sauce was delicious. He started eating it as soon I opened the package and he said " I wish this place was near our home." (Twin Cities)

We also ordered the sweet potato fritters and they were super yummy. I would probably get the sauce on the side next time as it's sweet, but they were very good.

There is only one or two menu items that have gluten. Everything else is GF.

I've eaten at Brightwok Kitchen many times over the years and have had a lot of great experiences. They did recently add a single menu item that contains gluten. I contacted them to let them know that this was disappointing and received a thoughtful and detailed response from the founder. Long story short, their explanation convinced me that this continues to be a very safe place for people who are very sensitive to eat. I'm a very sensitive celiac and ate here are the menu change with no problems at all. These folks are professionals and made their menu adjustment with gluten free people in mind. Thank you Brightwok for delicious food and for taking gluten free seriously!

Wonderful customer service -- the workers answered all my questions about the many options! And delicious food! Very good, and you can personalize it to your preference. I have celiac disease, and this is a celiac-safe restaurant. Only one item (noodles) contain gluten, and they practice safe protocols to keep them separate from everything else.

Was told everything is gluten free and it's a dedicated gluten free restaurant. Further inspection on their website informed me that it's not a dedicated gluten free restaurant. It's 99% gluten free. Which is great, but for those who can't handle any cc it isn't. Some of their ingredients are processed in facilities that also process gluten ingredients. I did get sick after eating there, but can't say 100% it was from there. Could be a coincidence, but looking further into the restaurant and finding out they're not a dedicated gluten free restaurant (as stated on here), I wanted to let others on here know.

Wow! This is a little gem in the Loop. The food was flavorful, fresh, and delicious. We didn’t come with any expectations and I picked it up for my family late. The staff was very friendly. Definitely a place to return to when we are in the area again!

I love this place. I go here every time I go to Chicago, sometimes multiple times. It's so great to have dedicated gluten free and not have to worry. The food is great. It could use more drink options. The fried rice is a great kid option if you have them use teriyaki instead of the normal spicy pad tai sauce; my son kept wanting to go back for more. I like how they allow you to select how spicy you want your food; especially when you have kids (no spice option generally).

Brightwok Kitchen is dedicated gluten free (as well as free from a few other big allergens). I had a bowl with tofu, veggies, rice, a fried egg, and panang. It was DELICIOUS, quick, cost effective. I just wish I lived closer! Best of all, I didn’t get sick.

The food was all fresh and tasty. You can get dishes mild to hot in spiciness. Everything was gluten free. They had a limited but good selection of cold drinks - the iced chai and non-alcoholic ginger beer were good.

Rice was undercooked. Sauce was so intense that you couldn’t taste the rest of the food like veggies and fritter. Didn’t get sick and I have celiac but it wasn’t tasty or satisfying. Got the sweet new year.

We tried the Earth Curry and Fire, The Crunchy Crave, Sweet and Sour Pickles, and Sweet Potato Fritters. Every single item was delicious! My husband (not gluten intolerant) totally agreed! I’m glad we don’t live close, or I’d eat here several times a week, and go broke. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff/cook also.
